MORGAN NIETO MA, LLPC
Client Focus:
Starting therapy can be an overwhelming, nerve-racking process. Seeking help is not always easy; clients may feel like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders and are unsure how to cope or continue moving onward.
It’s important for clients to find the right fit for them and their experience. I approach counseling from a person-centered approach with use of cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based techniques. My focus is on the client’s individual needs as well as helping to empower clients to make changes in their lives.
It is my experience that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most significant components of counseling. It is my goal to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel they can begin their healing process.
