Samantha Terwilliger LLPC
Client Focus:
I support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by trauma, stress, or burnout. If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can begin to heal and reconnect with yourself.
Each therapy session is personalized and flexible, shaped around what you’re experiencing in the moment. I use a blend of evidence-based and holistic approaches tailored to support your unique needs. Together, we’ll look at the full picture—your thoughts, emotions, body, and past experiences—to help guide your healing and growth.
Therapy is a collaborative process. It’s not just about talking—it’s about working together to discover practical strategies that foster real, lasting change. Through this process, I aim to help you tap into your inner strength and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
