Client Focus:
It’s common to feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself, especially during seasons of transition, stress, or uncertainty. Many people find themselves stuck in patterns that once helped them cope but no longer feel sustainable. Even when life appears “functional” on the outside, internally there may be anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, self-doubt, or a sense of feeling emotionally lost.
I view therapy as a space for deeper self-understanding, emotional insight, and meaningful change. My approach is relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on helping clients strengthen self-awareness, reconnect with their values, and build a more grounded and authentic relationship with themselves.
As an Art Therapist and Counselor, I integrate traditional talk therapy with creative and experiential approaches when helpful. Art-making can provide another way to explore emotions, identity, relational patterns, and experiences that may feel difficult to fully express through words alone. No artistic experience is required, and creative interventions are always optional.
My therapeutic style is warm, reflective, and supportive. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and empowered to explore both practical coping strategies and the deeper patterns shaping their lives.
