My Approach

Welcome! Reaching out for support can be one of the most courageous steps you take, and I am honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who works with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including trauma, addiction, mood disorders, anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and resilience, even during life’s most difficult moments. Using a strengths-based and highly empathetic perspective, I partner with clients to identify their existing resources, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Clinician and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Drawing from evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and other therapeutic approaches tailored to your individual needs, I help clients navigate emotional challenges, process past experiences, and build healthier patterns for the future.

Whether you are working through the effects of trauma, struggling with addiction, managing mood-related concerns, or simply seeking greater balance and fulfillment in your life, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect. Together, we can work toward healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

You do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your path toward wellness and helping you discover the strength that already exists within you.

Experience

I have over five years of experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field, working across inpatient, residential, outpatient, and correctional settings.
