Client Focus:
Taking the first step toward counseling can feel intimidating. Many people hesitate out of fear of judgment or uncertainty about where to begin. It takes courage to look inward and face our struggles. Choosing to engage in therapy can be a meaningful first step toward growth and lasting change.
It is important for clients to find the right fit in their counselor. I offer a person-centered approach, creating a judgment-free, safe space where you can explore your challenges at your own pace. Drawing on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment techniques, I help clients gain clarity and develop practical tools to navigate life’s difficulties effectively. I strive to nurture a strong therapeutic relationship, creating an environment where you feel free to express yourself without judgment.
