CHRISTINA SOMMERS M.S., LLPC
Client Focus:
Sometimes clients begin therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or unsure how to move forward. They may recognize patterns in their relationships or emotional responses but struggle to understand why they keep repeating them or how to make lasting change.
I provide insight-oriented therapy that is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. My approach integrates evidence-based interventions with deeper exploration to help clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for everyday life.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, stability, and confidence.
Christina is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults, individuals, and couples. Her clinical work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and helping clients understand how past experiences continue to influence present patterns. She values the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change and provides a warm, direct, and collaborative therapeutic environment.
In my free time, I love spending time with family, getting lost in a good book, traveling, listening to music, and making meaningful memories along the way
